As child and teen therapist, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe that healing is a journey, and my role is to help guide my clients through that process. 

During our therapy sessions, we'll use a variety of fun and engaging techniques that are tailored to your child's individual needs, including games, art, and mindfulness exercises. I'm here to listen and support your child, and to help them develop new skills to cope with the challenges they are facing. Together, we'll work to identify and challenge negative thoughts, and build their self-esteem.

 My hope is that through therapy, my clients will feel empowered, confident, and equipped to handle whatever comes their way.
